Player Community Associate

At Panteon, we are looking for an energetic and passionate teammate who loves engaging with gaming communities and helping players connect.

What do we expect?

• Experience in community engagement and social media interaction in the gaming industry.
• Passion for gaming culture and curiosity about the latest industry trends.
• Ability to interact with players across various community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players and respond to their feedback.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to identify opportunities to foster a positive and active player community.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators is a plus.
• A creative and proactive mindset with enthusiasm for community engagement.
• Team-oriented, highly motivated, and open to learning.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

What are you going to do?

• Engage with players and contribute to community growth on multiple platforms.
• Actively interact with players on Discord, Reddit, and social media channels to foster a strong and inclusive community.
• Assist in planning and executing community events, contests, and engagement initiatives.
• Collect player feedback and report key insights to the relevant teams.
• Support the marketing team in community-driven campaigns.
• Help create and manage content tailored to our player base.
• Monitor and analyze player engagement metrics to optimize community strategies.
• Stay updated on gaming industry trends and best practices in community management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall player experience.
